I cannot rate Laura highly enough. I came to Laura with an issue that was effecting me jumping my horse, but in all honesty I wasn’t really sure where the route of the cause was! Over sessions she helped me work through this and build my confidence along the way. Weekly bucket emptying combined with a rewind and reset have worked wonders, not only on my initial problem, but has also helped with my anxiety and outlook across life. I was completely new to hypnotherapy and not really sure what to expect from it. If I had even of achieved half of what we have done, I would still be delighted!
With her caring and kind manner, she has never once made me feel silly or like a fool, and has made it so I look forward to my sessions every time and excited for the difference they are making to my life.
Laura has such a lovely personality about her, that it made each session a pleasure, and she was able to put me at ease straight away.
My anxiety has reduced dramatically since I started these sessions, and I will most definitely be looking to carry on with them fortnightly or even monthly for the foreseeable future, as I feel I have benefited from them so greatly.
I cannot thank Laura enough for not only her caring, kind and considerate manner, but also the work she has put into me and the difference it has made to my life. It has spilled over into other areas and many close friends and family have remarked on how different my outlook is. Hypnotherapy with Laura will now become a staple part of my life and I encourage anyone to give it a chance, as it has made such a difference to mine. Thank you.

Since writing this, I have achieved the goal I set out with – jumping my mare again! I honestly can’t thank Laura enough, I am so grateful for all of the hard work and effort that she has put into me and the sessions. She has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough to others or anyone else that may be going along a similar path to me….Emma a very nervous horse rider.
